Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At Advisorate, we strive to provide the services to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations will be processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request a cancellation of services within 7 days of purchase.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at support@advisorate.in
- If a service has already been initiated, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued for eligible cancellations as per our policy.
- If a client is not satisfied with our service, they may request a refund within 7 days of service commencement, subject to review.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Any processing fees or administrative charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Government/statutory fees, portal charges, stamp duty, and similar charges are separate from Advisorate professional fees and are not refundable by Advisorate once paid or incurred.
4. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The client fails to provide the necessary documentation or information required to complete the service.
- The service has been fully executed and delivered.
- The client changes their mind after availing of the service.
- An application is delayed, queried, rejected, or otherwise decided by MCA/ROC or another authority after Advisorate has provided professional assistance.
