Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees: Consultation fees paid for tax and legal advice are non-refundable. This includes fees for initial consultations, ongoing advisory services, and document preparation.
2. Filing and Submission Fees: Fees associated with filing documents, applications, or any government submissions are non-refundable once the filing process has commenced.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes: Advisorate provides expert advice and assistance, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in legal or tax matters. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on the results of your case or the advice provided.
4. Missed Appointments: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee, which is non-refundable.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service or believe that we did not meet the agreed-upon standards, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services.

Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee.
2. Termination of Ongoing Services: If you wish to terminate ongoing advisory or consultancy services, please provide us with written notice at least 30 days in advance. Fees for the services already rendered during that period are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of our agreement to issue a refund.
